Special Requests & Seating Preferences

To ensure a seamless and personalized visit:

• Requests for high chairs, dietary accommodations, or accessibility needs must be noted in the Comments Section at the time of booking.

• Requests to be seated with or near another party must also be submitted in the Comments Section during your reservation process.

Our team will make every reasonable effort to accommodate submitted requests; however, accommodations are not guaranteed and are fulfilled based on availability at the time of seating.

Reservation & Ticketing Policies

• Reservations are not confirmed until full payment has been received and an official email confirmation has been issued.

• Proof of purchase is required for entry for each member of your party and must be presented in the form of your confirmation email or digital/printed ticket upon arrival.

• Refunds cannot be processed within seven (7) days of the event.
